While I have been creating samples for my Annual Christmas Card Camp I stamped a few extra pieces and I created a few more hot chocolate holders. These are so easy and make great little gifts!
On the first hot chocolate holder I used Crumb Cake card stock. I decided to give it a run through the Big Shot with the Northern Flurry embossing folder for some extra pizzaz. 🙂 I used a white gel pen to add some falling snow and of course I added a bit of sparkle with my Dazzling Diamonds glitter!
Here is another one:
This one is created with Cherry Cobbler card stock and a piece of designer paper from the Season of Style pack (found in the Holiday Mini). I just ordered the Baked Brown Sugar 3/8″ Ruffle Stretch Trim and had to put it to use and I think that it looks very cute popping out from my piece of designer paper! Don’t you?
Again, these are super simple to re-create. Just use a half sheet of card stock (5.5″x8.5″) to start, fold in half, trim off the corner of one side, decorate the front, punch a hole on the side, and tie a knot with ribbon to hold it closed. Viola. Easy peasy! 🙂
Here are the stamp sets that I used to create these two hot chocolate holders:
|Color Me Christmas clear mount $15.95 (131745)|
|Remembering Christmas clear-mount $13.95 (131763)|
Can you believe that Halloween is TOMORROW? Wow, it is flying by faster than normal it seems. I didn’t do too many halloween projects this year. 🙁 And, I love halloween stamps!
Oh well. Better luck next year!
One last note…the one thing that is taking up my nights lately…The World Series. I *love* that “we” (and by we, I mean the St. Louis Cardinals) are in the World Series. But, man, I can not get much done with my eyeballs being glued to the television for nights at a time! My fingers are crossed that we pull out a win tonight but, then that may shorten Halloween for my kiddos. Oh well, right?! There’s always next year for them too! lol.
Have a great night! Go Cards!
