Perfect Blend: Stampin’ Up! + Paper Pumpkin!!

Images from the Paper Pumpkin kit:  splatter “stamp” and “hey there friend”

Whoa.  Is it Friday already?  Boy, this week flew by!  One thing that kept me busy–I designed a t-shirt for my sister-in-law.  She’s putting together a Run/Walk & 5K charity event.  I am so proud of her for taking on this ginormous event!  Other than that we started PSR this week and we have had Curriculum nights for both kids.  This is just a warm up I guess ’cause we will be starting up sports for both of them really soon!

So, are you ready for the weekend?  I am!!

I wanted to get a project up for you to check out. 🙂  I used the Perfect Blend stamp set again.  I REALLY like this set!  I created this quick tag when making projects for my Paper Pumpkin subscribers.  When you sign up for My Paper Pumpkin you will receive an email with other “exclusive” samples (I will not be posting them anywhere else).  Just another little perk for being a subscriber!

Chase Your Tail! Giggle Greetings; Stampin’ Up!

Here is the final card!  How fun are these?  If you missed the other three in the set make sure to visit my website to catch up! 🙂

I have had so much fun with stamp set!  I didn’t go crazy with embellishments or lots of layers.  I kept things pretty simple and fun.

If you click on the card you can view it larger.  I used the paper piercer and template to create the “dots” around my image.  I also used the Big Shot and a framelits die from the Labels Collection to cut out my main image.

Supplies:
Stamps: Giggle Greetings
Paper: Whisper White
Inks:  Black Staz-On; Blender Pen with Real Red and Smoky Slate inkpads
Accessories: Big Shot & Labels Collection die, “Festive” Paper-Piercing Pack, Paper-Piercing Tool, 1/8″ Real Red Taffeta ribbon (119251; $5.95 10 yards), Pool Party ruffle ribbon (retired), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430; $3.95)

Giggle Greetings:  (wood-mount 131062; $22.95)
(clear-mount 131065; $16.95)

I hope that you have enjoyed seeing each image in this stamp set put to use!  Hopefully, I have inspired you to get out a stamp set (or get a new one :)) and see what you can create!  I’d love to see what you are making!

Thanks for stopping by today,

Giggle Greeting Part 2; Stampin’ Up!

Hey everyone, it’s Saturday!  We made it through two whole days of school and now it’s the weekend. 🙂  And, my husband is OFF.  I didn’t mention that he went away for 8 WHOLE days helping a franchise store with their opening week.  Man, that was a long week…he got back this past Tuesday but then was at his store all day Wednesday and worked until yesterday.  We did get to go out last night for our Anniversary.  It was a great to just hang out with each other!

Here is the second card that I made with the set Giggle Greetings.  This set cracks me up! Ha.  I stamped the greeting that is attached to the cheese stamp on the inside.  It says, “age is something that doesn’t count unless you are a cheese”.

I’ll be back on Monday to show you card #3!  Enjoy your weekend! 🙂

~Angie

Do You Have A Bowl Of Cherries?-Stampin’ Up! Giggle Greetings

You can relate to this card, right?!  I know that I can.  Anyone that knows me also knows that I am a pretty positive person.  I do my best to be a glass half full type of girl. 🙂

Right now, I am enjoying my day!  My husband and I are celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary! Yay! 🙂  I am really looking forward to having an evening out with JUST US!  Anyone with kids understands how nice that is and we VERY rarely do it.  In fact, I think it was at least 6 months ago since we last escaped!  lol

I am also celebrating my 8th year as a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator!  My starter kit was an anniversary present for me!  I am so grateful for what Stampin’ Up! has done for me.  I just love getting the chance to meet new people and create special projects.  It’s the best “job” I’ve ever had!
